I was experiencing leaks and problems with a flat roof section over part of our house. I was referred to Josh and Eubanks roofing through a family member that had work done by them in the past. After contacting Josh, he came by immediately and inspected the roof and worked up a quote to replace that section of the roof. The quote was very, very reasonable, and Josh's went over the replacement products, the work involved and the timeline. The old roof was removed, and the new roof replace in four days from that quote. In fact, the work was done and completed four days before Christmas. The Eubanks associates were very friendly and professional, and they left the area clean and spotless. We also very much appreciate the quick response and the commitment by Eubanks Roofing to complete the work during a holiday week. I would recommend Eubanks Roofing to anyone for their roofing need.

Eubanks roofing was absolutely fantastic! The guys came out and took care of my roof quickly and even offered to pick up and haul off some tree limbs for me! Most importantly I have not found a single nail anywhere after they left which was a big concern for me! I am one happy customer!

Glad I went with Eubanks roofing. We had a lot of damage to the roof so I'm really thankful they could get us on the schedule quick. The crew was quick, had the roof finished in one day. I mostly chose to go with Eubanks because the day Josh came to give me an estimate I lost my puppy and Josh helped me look for him. The office woman who i spoke with to schedule them to come out was always very nice also. I was not familiar with this company but saw the truck in a shopping area and called the number. Josh came out and assessed the roof the next day. I have to say Heather, I believe is her name, was always courteous and professional. Josh was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. The roof looks great! Josh is fixing some other things in my house. He even helped me with some light bulbs. I’m pretty sure that was not in his job description but I definitely appreciated him for that. I do not have enough wonderful words to say about Josh and Melinda and the crew at EuBanks Roofing I needed my roof repaired also a front porch post replaced. They came out quickly to take care of the roof leak and also charged me $400.00 less to fix the porch than another company that had contacted. They will for sure be my go to home repair company.

Eubanks Roofing was great to work with. This was my first time purchasing a roof and it can be overwhelming. Josh, the owner, made it easy to understand and walked me through everything step by step. He took the time and explained the insurance paperwork. Eubanks replaced the roof due to wind damage but also fixed my fence. Eubanks Roofing doesn't just replace and fix roofs. They do everything from kitchen remodels, gutters, shutters, etc except plumbing and HVAC. It's nice to use one company for everything. I love my roof! Josh and his crew did a great job. I also had some damaged siding replaced on the house. Now my roof and siding look great and I was happy with the customer service and the price. As soon as we were told we needed a new roof, we knew we were going to be using Josh and his crew. He helped me through the process of the insurance company and was even willing to let us finance if insurance denied the claim. He kept me updated on everything as far as when they would be there and sent me pictures when they were done, they were done the SAME DAY. It was so much relieve!

We lost a portion of our shingle roof to wind, and I called around for an emergency repair and Eubanks Roofing could come get to me the soonest. Josh move his schedule around a little to accommodate my temporary repair. After shopping around and getting prices on replacing the roof, they all came in at close to the same estimate but I was most impressed with Josh as a businessman, family man, and contractor. He made himself available to answer any and all of my questions, without waiting a day or two for a callback.

When we finally hired him to do the job, it was done as quickly as it could be and still be a beautiful quality job. We went from a shingle roof to a metal roof. Josh and his crew installed over a linear mile of metal on my roof. As with any big job, there were bumps along the way, all of them smooth out quickly and professionally.

The final result of my experience is a beautiful, quality steel roof that looks phenomenal and doesn't leak.

If you have any roofing issues I can highly recommend Eubanks Roofing. I was very pleased with the estimate they gave me and then how quickly they moved to do our roof. Great service. I had a roof leak and Josh was willing to come over late in the evening during a rain storm to repair our leak. Great service and will use them again if needed.

1. RESPONSIVENESS: Super responsive when I initially called. Came out to examine roof next day after first contact.
2. INSPECTION/ESTIMATE/COST: They did the inspection, then provided a very reasonable cost estimate (I had 3 other estimates for comparison). Proposed Cost was less than 2 of 3 competitors.
3. ATTITUDE: They were Professional and wanted to work. They were fast - no messing around; went right to work and stayed on the job til done. They understood the need to maintain a highly professional operation.
4. REPAIR PROMPTNESS: After estimate & agreement to repair were concluded, they commenced repairs in several hours (not days like their competitors). Actual repairs were completed quickly.
5. NEATNESS: Very clean! All used/excess waste materials were removed - - and NO nails found in landscape beds, on patio/sidewalks or on driveway!!

I highly recommend Eubanks Roofing. They were responsive, professional, clean, and did an amazing job had some personal bumps in the road, and they were patient with me and worked around my timeline. There are many Roofing companies out there, and some of them have great reviews, but I would recommend Eubanks over anyone else.

Sent him an email, he responded very quickly and came out the next day to give an estimate. Once we decided on the shingle colors, his crew came the next day and were very professional. They moved things from around the house to not damage stuff and they worked very diligently to remove the roof and replace it. Once roof was complete they put everything back and made sure yard was cleaned up. I would recommend this company to anyone needing to replace their roof. I found the price to be very reasonable.

After calling 4 roofing companies, Eubanks was the only one who could advise me about the leak in my metal roof and was willing to address the leak. I was shocked to know the leak was coming from somewhere other than what I thought. After explaining it to me, he was willing to fix it that day, on the spot. We have had a handful of heavy rains since then, and have seen no evidence of the existing leak.

From here on out, Eubanks Roofing will always be my first call for any home project, and here's why:

1. Josh answered his phone. I didn't have to play phone tag with him for weeks.
2. He gave me straight answers, good advice, and more than fair pricing. He didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need.
3. All the work moved along much faster than I expected, given previous experiences with contractors, and it was all beautifully done. It was like he actually wanted me to have a great experience!
4. He never made me feel like my project was less important because it was on the smaller side. Most contractors will let you know that they'll have a hard time working you in between their $10k+ jobs, but not once did I ever experience that with Eubanks Roofing.

Trusting a stranger with your vision for your home can be intimidating. Navigating insurance claims can be overwhelming. Dealing with contractors can be a huge pain. Save yourself all of that, and go ahead and call Eubanks Roofing.

Our experience with Eubanks Roofing has been absolutely outstanding....my grandfather had kept bee's in the back vineyard for decades....even when he passed away and the hives were sold to someone else the bees chose to build a home in my mother's interior walls around the back of her house....she needed a new roof and Eubanks Roofing found a bee keeper who came in and saved all of the bees with the queen...my mother was hesitant to get the roof without trying to save them... but they found a way to get the job done and she was so grateful....she got her new beautiful roof and slept even better knowing the bee's whom have been living there for decades were safe .....they went above and beyond to clear the trees away that were growing into her house and also replaced boards where storm had damaged the roof and side boards....even the treterous Poison Ivey growing everywhere was no problem to the the professional crew...we are so happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.... As for my own roof....it turned out gorgeous....they worked with the insurance company to try and save us money and followed up promptly with us to check on the status between the two...very professional and friendly Josh was to help...I got new gutters and toppers along with my new roof and I swear my house looks brand new.....such an outstanding job on replacing the board on the roof where I had a leak and and the entire process of my new roof and gutters were done so very well....I am a very happy customer and would also recommend them to anyone....they have become "part of the family"....and really don't know what we would have done without them....Susan

My Husband and I had to have some work done after a bad hail storm recently. I was so afraid that the insurance wouldn't pay for it but Mr. Eubanks took care of all that for us. Now the roof looks as good as new. Not only do they do good work, they clean up after they are done!
