workhorse Movers, true to their name. They moved all of our things with great care, no scratches no dents. Took apart and put back together furniture like you can’t believe. When moving to the new home they didn’t even scratch a wall or the floor. Dependable , honest , Strong young men.They treated our things with great respect as well as us. I highly recommend this company & the quality cannot be beat ! We highly recommend this company for anyone whether the job is small or big. They have a lot of experience moving large things safely.

Jared and Workhorse Moving and Storage is the best moving company I have ever used. Im always apprehensive when it comes to an hourly rate when using a moving company, but Workhorse Moving and Storage were fast, efficient and polite. I will 100% recommend them and use them again if I need to move.

We can't say enough good things about Workhorse Moving. We felt overwhelmed by the prospect of selling our home after 17 years, downsizing and relocating to another area. Jared helped us plan and he and the Workhorse crew made the move go beautifully. They worked very quickly, carefully and efficiently and treated us like family. We plan to use them again-- they even do junk removal. I'd highly recommend Workhorse for any moving or junk removal jobs. They're fantastic!

Hard working guys! Moved our entire house and garden stuff in a day. They were conscientious, careful, and very nice. Jared has a lot of knowledge on moving things well, and he also works well with his crew, and they all respect each other. We asked for 3 guys and moving a family of 4 it took every bit of those 3 guys to get it all moved. They were worth every cent spent!

The guys for Workhorse were prompt, efficient and very careful with our boxes and furniture. Nothing was damaged or broken and my husband says it is money well spent! Sarah and her husband were easy to work with and I appreciate that they fit us into their schedule quickly. 5 stars!

I had to move on very short notice, and Jared was more than willing to help me out. He and his coworker were quick, careful, and efficient with my belongings and took the extra care to make sure all items were safe in transport. They were very communicative and professional.

Not only were their services reasonable and affordable, but the movers showed up ready to work and didn’t waste a second—going above and beyond to make sure my things were handled with care and put where I needed them. If you’re moving to or around the Spartanburg area, do yourself a favor and hire this locally owned and operated company!

Jared and his team are amazing! They unloaded our POD into a third floor apartment with incredible care, organization, and speed. They then helped us move some items to a nearby storage unit. Jared was very responsive and communicative leading up to the move and was flexible when our POD didn’t arrive when expected. Excellent value and will definitely recommend them to friends and use again the next time we move!

Workhorse Moving was fantastic and worked extremely hard. The owner, Jared, works himself and is very detailed, careful with all the furniture, treats his staff really well, and hustles the entire time. We definitely got our money's worth and would recommend them to anyone.

Also, flat rate, no fees or added costs. What he says per hour is what you pay and he brings the truck, blankets, and dolly's.

Jared and Ty took excellent care of all belongings, moving things promptly from two different locations to my and my girlfriend’s new home. Workhorse moved my friend into assisted living, and went above and beyond in a stressful situation. When all of her things would not fit into the facility, Jared willing took them to Brown Roof Thrift store. Workhorse is reasonably priced, and Jared is very kind.

Jared and his team moved my husband and me from a house where we had lived for 25 years. He also removed some junk for us. We had a lot of stuff, and we moved on a rainy day. Jared was great--trying very hard to organize the move so as to take advantage of break in the rain and to track in as little as possible. He even came back on another day to move the yard stuff so that he wouldn't make a big mess. I can't say enough about how professional, how careful, and how great Workhorse was. Great movers and reasonably priced. I've been recommending him to everyone I meet.

These reviews are all accurate! These guys move like lighting speed, they are very polite and professional. We had no damage or scratches on anything. They are very careful with all items. This is the best moving experience I have ever had. They are fast, efficient, professional, nice, and cost effective. The whole process took 2.5 hours (1.5 hours actual moving + 1 hours driving), costed me $250 ($100/hour as of Dec 2021). Not a single scratch on walls or furniture. Way cheaper than competition (One gave me an estimate of $700 for this move). Definitely go with them if you are moving in Spartanburg area.

Workhorse Movers moved the contents of our home and many of my daughters furnishings on 8/20 and I gave them 5 stars because that was the most I could give but deserved more! They loaded up the truck in a timely fashion and were personable, polite, professional and capable. This was not an easy move for them at all. We did not have a lot of furnishings going but what we had were big or heavy but they got it all loaded without any issues. Also we were re-locating 3 hours away and was probably upper 80’s or low 90’s and extremely humid! Yet that maintained their pace and unloaded the truck at 2 different locations, mine having 15 stairs up to the deck to enter the residence. These guys had to bring all the furniture (including a large upright freezer) up those deck stairs and not once did they complain. Even with the difficult task of bringing everything up those stairs, they were cautious and brought everything into the rooms they belonged in, with no damages at all. These movers were awesome and I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your moving needs!

We hired Workhorse Moving and Storage based on friends that we have used them and gave great compliments about. Also because of how quick and affordable they are. They were at our house promptly at 9am and we were all moved out by no later than 11am. I was blown away by how quickly and effortlessly they were able to get everything packed up and loaded on the truck. Not to mention they were extremely careful with our valuables. My wife and I 100% recommend this company. We actually already recommended them to our friends who needed movers and they already booked them haha.

I cannot say enough about how great these guys are!! The communication was on point. They showed up on time and were very efficient. They moved our boxes and furniture from Flat Rock to Landrum. Two guys hustled for 6 hours. They did not waste time or your money. Highly recommend them.

Once again Jared came through for us. We asked him to unload our moving truck containing contents of our home in NH which we had sold. He responded to our request promptly and scheduled a day and time which he could do it. Our truck arrived a day early and he juggled his schedule to fit us in. Day arrived to unload and he was there on time and quickly unloaded the remaining contents of the truck. We had workhorse help us move all of our stuff out of the house today to get mew floors. They did fantastic and we are super impressed. We highly recommend!

Oh my goodness. These guys were amazing. I got quotes from 3 other companies who were almost 3 times as much. My husband and I were moving our 4 bedroom house just two miles down the road, and we wanted to do what we could ourselves and then use movers to help with the rest. These guys were happy to accommodate that and even pointed out (in advance AND the day of the move) things we could do ourselves to help save time. They have a moving truck and a dump truck and brought both to help us get moved faster/in fewer trips. Our riding lawn mower ran out of gas as we were trying to load it, and these guys PUSHED it onto the back of the truck! They were more careful with our belongings than I would have been for sure. I don’t think we had a single scratch or broken item or any other mishaps at all.

Best movers I have ever used. The name, "Workhorse", aptly describes Jared and his team. They had our stuff loaded and unloaded in short order. Nothing was broken or damaged in the process either. Couldn't recommend these guys enough.

I don’t often recommend companies nor write reviews , but I felt compelled to make an exception for this exemplary service. They kept in contact throughout the process leading up to our move in day and wasted no time arriving at our home and getting to work. The 2 men who came were hands down the most respectful people I have had the pleasure of meeting in this area sense moving in, not only to me but my wife and mother who were there helping as well.

They understand you are paying for their time and immediately get to work and don’t waste time at any point. From the second they arrive to the moment they leave they are moving and assembling furniture . We even needed a fridge at our new residence moved and our personal refrigerator put in its place and they did not hesitate. It’s baffling the low low price they offer and the service that comes along with it. I truly could not be more impressed or thankful for them and don’t see any scenario at all that they can’t accomplish and accomplish well. We hired them to move us into another state (5 hours away) and they made the process incredibly easy and stress free for us! They moved a three bedroom home into a 3rd floor walk-up apartment efficiently and safely, all in one day! Not only that, but they accommodated us for some last minute junk removal. Knowing that our move was insured also gave us peace of mind, as we had delicate music equipment and artwork that needed to be transported. Jared and his crew moved our small home from Boiling Springs to Gaffney. They showed up on time, Packed everything up quickly and safely, including my wife's treadmill which had to be disassembled and reassembled and tested when we got to Gaffney and just as quickly moved us in. Total time for the move was 4.5 hours. Was very pleased with Jared and his professional crew.

Jared is the most professional and caring person I've ever seen in this genre of business. Please believe me when I tell you, you should choose this company for your relocation needs. This team was extremely efficient! It was like watching the most intricate game of tetris seeing how they stacked everything in the truck. The team loaded everything up for us to drive 11 hours and not a single thing broke in the journey! The price was extremely modest, especially when considering the efficiency of the team! I have used WorkHorse moving twice now, and both experiences were exceptional! The first time, Jarad and his team moved us into our new home, in less then 2 hours! The second time was to remove an old ugly hot tub in the back yard. I called them and they had already finished the job before I got back from work. I am a big fan!

I can’t say enough about Jared Wood and his team. We had a very difficult complicated move from our primary home to a summer home located on an island. The moving truck was packed tightly and put on a landing craft to save significant costs. The move included paintings and antiques and it was pulled off without a hitch. I couldn’t believe the way these guys worked!
